yes.
i have always been struck by one of my previous employers ... a bloke came round to try and sell him security grills for his offices. his response - "we used to be able to break into a garage and steal ten bikes, strip them down and make them untraceable within an hour. do you honestly think that poxy grill will keep a burglar out?"
if you want someone resourceful who can spot the weak points in a system employ a criminal. easy.
I advise people on their CVs - I like this guy because he is honest about his past, but also demonstrates that his skills are transferable, has shown initiative and enterprise, and successfully managed his own business!
