Total coincidence that I stumbled upon this as I was browsing the blogosphere for commuting-related tales. Happen to be a Forest fan myself (proud owner of a shirt signed by the entire 2003/04 squad - yes, the first to get Forest relegated to the third tier of English football). I agree with you about Calderwood as I would have preferred to see Clough Junior stepping into the breach on the basis of his Burton achievments, but now that Colin's in place I hope he is given time to make his mark before people start to judge him.
Welcome to the blog. Glad to read your comments. I remember my Dad saying that I would get fed up of commuting after a year. He is not wrong, but he is not totally correct either. It is still worth it, bearing in mind that I like driving and I like my job, it's just that time and money are such precious commodities in today's world...
